| LINDSAY J. LUCAS is a proud graduate of Pacific Conservatory of
Performing Arts and The Dell'Arte International School
of Physical Theatre.
The East Coast, Europe and Portland, Oregon are
Lindsay's theatrical stomping grounds.
Lindsay has
performed in a wide variety of theatrical productions
around the world. Some of her favorite roles include
Stella in A Streetcar Named Desire, Maria in A Twelfth
Night, Johnny Appleseed in Johnny Appleseed, Roxy in
Bizarre Bazaar, Aphrodite in Trojan Women, Woman #2/Wind
in Insight Out’s Drammy award winning production of
CORNERED in the Dark and her ensemble work in 7 Great
Loves. Lindsay was seen as Alex in Insight Out’s
2005 production of On the Verge.
She is discovering a great love for
directing and the creation of new works. Lindsay
directed Insight Out’s 2004 ensemble production,
We The
People. In May 2005, she
directed her ensemble-created play Live at the Rose
Garden presented by Insight Out. Lindsay was the
Assistant Director for Insight Out's September 2005
production of ONE - The Musical.
Lindsay is also the co-founder Theatre Play a
professional actor training camp for youth in her
hometown of Auburn, California. Lindsay has
taught at Northwest Children's Theater, Interlocken
Crossroads, Maui Academy of the
Performing Arts and theater to at risk children and teenagers with PlayWrite
INC. in Portland. Lindsay is currently a Booking
Manager and Stage Manager with
CITE/Sight Educational Theatre, a multicultural
school-touring troupe associated with Insight Out that performs shows about Bully
Prevention, Diversity, Recycling, Energy and Water
conservation. Lindsay most recently performed in Insight Out's
production of The Yellow Boat, by David Saar
in January.
